Applications of Training

Falconers who rehabilitate raptors train them to successfully hunt, then release them back into independent life in the wild.

In Mental Falconry ™, our aim is to put you in touch with your instinct for success. At the end of the training, you can continue to use the tools and processes you learn for continued powerful, lasting change, for the rest of your life.

Some examples of training we do:

Find the Zone
Perform at your peak in sports, on the stage, in your studies. Imagine: anytime there is a test of your abilities you can perform to the best of your ability, all unhelpful thoughts blocked out. You’ve performed during practice, now you can perform when it really counts.

Get Clear About Your Goals
Know what you want and why you want it. This is the life where you get to be you, and have it all.

Improve Your Health
Quit smoking, exercise, eat healthy foods. Get rid of unhealthy habits. Install new, beneficial habits.

Find and Eradicate Limiting Beliefs
Figure out what’s been holding you back, and get it out of the way.

Improve Relationships
Learn how to control your internal states, so that other people’s anger bounces off of you. Make the people around you feel good. Be confident in dealing with people, at the office, on a date, or at home. Break free from memories of past bad relationships.

Charge Your Motivation
Do you feel a lack of motivation? Learn to get excited and activate your sense of urgency.

Unlearn Phobias
At some point you learned them. Now you can learn to unlearn them.

Manage Stress
Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but you can learn to adapt faster to changing situations.

Get Rid of Bad Habits
Nail biting, smoking, overeating, are just a few of the things that we’ve helped clients with.

Our training and coaching can give you the changes you want, because the worst that can happen when you are considering ways to change is you stay the same person you are now, and you can always come back to that, if you wanted to, but you might just get really excited about changing and contact us now.
